By always having a keen interest in fitness and health, Fatima allowed her curiosity to guide her to a career as a Certified Yoga Instructor and Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner. While a large majority of Fatima’s work has been with private clients, she also teaches at various yoga studios, schools, fitness centres and retirement homes. Her experience allows her to help clients achieve positive results. Fatima’s greatest passion is working with clients whom she can help the most, including those who are recovering from injuries, chronic pain, stress, anxiety and depression. Fatima’s primary focus regards body awareness, alignment, breath work, strength, flexibility, movement and meditation. She is a firm believer that wellness is achieved through baring an open mind and cross training the body, mind and spirit.
